It is not every day that we meet individuals who are resolute in whatever they do. These individuals do not budge or flinch whenever faced with variables because they are born to approach things directly and firmly. That’s the way Hanna lives her life, whether it be for the demands of her work or the love for her family.
Born and raised in Batangas, Hanna grew up with a family where her independence was cultivated. She revealed that her family’s reliance on her decisions was essentially hard but she knew that all the dependency would bring out the best in her. It molded her to be a good decision-maker, which is a great aid in handling not just her family’s life but her personal and corporate endeavors as well.
A Cum Laude with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Management Major in Operations, this 25-year-old woman is a part-time Virtual Assistant in Ripple VAs, a Bank Officer, and a Business Owner. Of course, the career of Hanna did not just happen over time. Being where she is now, she started becoming a breadwinner of her family and a business owner at the tender age of 20.
Managing different clients alongside her team and fulfilling their satisfaction in aiming for their business to grow consist of Hanna’s typical working day. “I am very organized with everything since I am handling many clients inside and outside Ripple. I would say I maximize the use of project management tools and calendars to manage all of them without getting overwhelmed. I would always check my task boards with each of my clients and maintain communication with them,” Hanna shared.
With this work ethic that Hanna puts in everything she manages, it is not surprising that she became the VA of the Week of Ripple in September 2020. This has easily become Hanna’s most significant Ripple moment. For Hanna, Ripple VAs is one of the great things God has given her, and in return, she will give honor, respect, and value to it. Hanna is a VA of Ripple for eight months now and the way she handles her work in an organized manner makes Hanna a valuable input in the team.
Just as anyone who maintains a progressive work atmosphere, it is also essential for Hanna to pamper herself sometimes. She revealed that she indulges in watching series and movies on Netflix and in playing online games. This is how Hanna preserves her work-life balance.
Enterprising—that’s how Hanna would describe herself. She is the type of person who strives to meet her own needs in her own ways and sees opportunity in all areas of her life. Hanna is not stopping and is continually finding new innovative solutions towards making progress. As a matter of fact, one of Hanna’s hobbies is scouting new ideas for earning more money. If that’s not how enterprising looks like, then we don’t know what is.
“I was actually clear in my vision in life right from the time I reached the level of maturity. I am always optimistic. I am always firm and focused on my goals. I always rely on what God promised me because I know deep down my spirit, he has chosen me for greater things,” Hanna expressed.
