Ripple Earning Story: Miss K
Miss K's Ripple earning story is inspiring to say the least. She used to be an Overseas Filipino Worker before and used to work on a nine-hour shift in a resort in the Maldives away from family and decided to come home after completing the contract during the COVID-19 Pandemic. She was supposed to return to work last year but decided to join Ripple as an additional income stream. That was when Ripple surprised her with the endless job opportunities.
When Miss K joined Ripple VAs, she felt so grateful for the opportunity to work with the company. Working as a VA was also a challenge for her at the start. It was challenging to learn the different software used by the clients, which she found very interesting. She learned to love challenges and being able to prove not to others but herself what she is capable of. It only took her two to three months to develop different marketing and web design skills, which plays a big role in achieving her current goals.
Ripple made Miss K learn to be self-sufficient towards financial stability and develop a good work relationship with respect, trust, and inclusion. The company made her appreciate the virtue of being good at providing support to its stakeholders and reaching out to the top management. It is very reassuring with the open communication among the employees.
It was a big realization for her that working with Ripple was more than enough to cover what she was earning abroad. She also did not expect to earn twice as much when she was working abroad. Now she is enjoying work all in the comforts of her home with her family. Working with Ripple gave her more financial independence, and she is thankful that despite the pandemic, the abundance and blessings received are overwhelming. She can now invest in new gadgets as it is now her main income stream, and most importantly, she was able to get a new car. Her message to aspiring freelancers is to never stop learning and always challenge yourself to be the best version of yourself.
