Ripple Earning Story: Hazel
“I am a beginner when it comes to tithing, but the journey on how I decided to obey is because God answered my prayers when I was praying and asking how to handle my finances better.”
Being in Ripple VAs for almost a year now, this 25-year-old experienced breakthroughs more than she could have imagined. With all these beautiful things transpiring, she is willing to give back more. She is none other than Hazel Joy Cabante, the Chief Accountability Officer of Ripple VAs, and this is her Ripple Earning Story.
Before joining the company, Hazel shared how she envisioned her career—to thrive in the corporate world and become a manager in a big corporation. But now that she is in Ripple, she admitted she solely wants the company to grow bigger with her being a part of its growth.
Of course, growth comes with enriching the roots, and its fuel goes in different forms. For Hazel, it is by giving tithes. In this aspect, Hazel is known for her obedience.
“What motivated me to bring my tithes is the realization that I have been so blessed, but I felt that I am not bringing enough or what is due for the Lord,” she said. There came a time when Hazel thought she would receive a relatively lower salary, which would affect her tithes. However, she felt ecstatic when her salary has amounted to its highest value yet after her first tithes.
This feat brings her to an affirmation: she can give more.
Hazel believes that the most significant breakthrough she is experiencing in the company is the act of knowing God on a much deeper level. Nothing compares to her eureka moments when she discovers a new revelation, which introduces God in a different and better light. This kind of moment makes tithing in Ripple an easy journey for Hazel. The company explained the ministry well to her to fully understand the essence of tithes.
Hazel furthered that many changes happened in terms of her financial experiences ever since joining Ripple that she can’t even begin to mention all of them. However, she can say that her status is way better than when she still wasn’t in the company.
Aside from the financial joy of giving more tithes, Hazel also admitted to gaining a family in Ripple VAs. Before, she thought that she’d be locked up in her room all alone because of the remoteness of her work, but fate proclaims a big no to this assumption as Ripple paved the way for Hazel to meet new people and create a real friendship.
Breakthrough—Hazel chose this word to describe her earning story because everything that happened to her in Ripple, particularly the increase in her income, occurred unexpectedly.
“I’ve been trying so hard to achieve this in other companies, but only Ripple made it possible,” Hazel shared.
