𝗥𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱

The RIPPLE Rewards Card is a special perk made for all employees of RIPPLE VAs. With this card, each virtual assistant is given the opportunity to join and participate in contests set by the Fun & Games Committee during company wide meetings. There are corresponding points for attending, participating, and winning events in Game Night.

Once they accumulate points, virtual assistants can exchange the points for cash at the end of the year, specifically the last payroll. Aside from prizes to Games, virtual assistants will also use this for rewards and recognitions set forth by the management. This also has corresponding points that VAs can convert in cash or in-kind at the end of the year. Since Ripple values the blessings of a fellow virtual assistant, they can also transfer points to each other. It was first implemented on June 30, 2021. It will continue to run and bring excitement to every company meeting, a great event to look forward to.
